All participants are to treat each other with kindness and respect.

Any and all forms of bigotry are not permitted in either the zine or the server.

Do not direct hate onto any of the characters present in the zine, or onto the work of the contributors.

If asked for criticism, respond kindly and helpfully. (Rather than "it sucks!", try offering advice. Don't put anyone down.)

Be sure to ask the moderators if you have any questions or concerns! Messages are always open.

If you need to leave the zine, or decide you would no longer like your art to be featured in it, please let us know!

All guidelines will be updated if needed.

You are expected to behave politely and professionally with each other and the contributors.

Try your best to assist contributors with their questions or concerns. If you are unable to, please contact Mod Aloe.

As moderators, you will review certain materials ahead of time (applications, final products, etc.) This content must be kept private, and cannot be shared outside of the group of moderators.

All pieces used for the zine must be original.

You are not allowed to share work in progress images for your work.

We will be doing artist previews! Please let us know in advance if you are uncomfortable with this.

All artists will be credited at the end of the zine, and in any previews posted!

Your final piece is to be submitted as a .PNG file, in A4 size (2500 x 3550 pixels), with no watermarks.

After the zine has been released, your art is yours to do whatever you'd like with.

Traditional art is allowed, but only if scanned in high quality, and meets the size requirements.

You are expected to keep up with your check-ins. If you are unable to, please let a moderator know.
